Prolific pop artist and virtuoso pianist Micah McLaurin has released his song for warm summer nights “Remember Me” via Casa Doce Music. Created in collaboration with A-list producer Fernando Garibay (Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue), the Latin-infused house track, “Remember Me,” finds Micah extending his range and shimmers with the unshakeable confidence that you’ve made your mark and you’ll be remembered forever. PRESS HERE to listen to “Remember Me.”
“I’ve always been drawn to Spanish classical music and Latin pop music, so those sounds snuck their way into ‘Remember Me’ without me consciously deciding to go that way,” shares Micah on the new track. “The song is slightly trance like and I hope people get into it and feel the picture of the lyrics and the mood. I hope they can remember the lyrics (and me!) as well!”
Kicking off Pride month with a bang, Micah released the official dance remix for his single “Satisfied,” reimagined by chart-topping DJ and producer duo Until Dawn (Chappell Roan, Ava Max, Agnes), alongside a stunning visual shot at the iconic Château de la Triboulette (PRESS HERE to watch). This past weekend, Micah dazzled at Chicago Pride where he treated the crowd to a set of fan favorites, including acclaimed disco bop “Don’t Give Up On Love,” steamy anthem “Call Me,” and chart-topping club banger “Baboom” which climbed into the Top 10 of Music Week’s Pop Club chart and catapulted into Hypeddit’s Top 100 Downloads Progressive House chart.
Turning the heads of some of the biggest names in music, Micah’s talent and story have led him to collaborate with some of the hottest producers, designers, and creatives including writer-producer Poo Bear (Justin Bieber, J Balvin) and producer duo PhD (Zedd, Kylie Minogue, One Direction), creative director Nicola Formichetti (Lady Gaga), designers such as Zaldy (Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson), and brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, Ludovic de Saint Sernin, and more. Micah also worked with A-list stylist Eyob Yohannes (Madonna) as well as Now Open’s An Le (Cher, Mariah Carey) --who was nominated as Best Art Editor at the Berlin Music Video Awards for his work directing Micah’s high gloss “Call Me” music video.
Receiving critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, Paper Magazine, V Magazine, Vanity Fair, WWD, Marie Claire, Page Six, Queerty, Pride.com, and more for his pop gems, Micah has been making waves on his journey from virtuoso pianist to pop singer and songwriter by bridging the worlds of classical and pop. Embracing the wide range of his artistry and artistic identity, Micah is stepping into his own, to make music about embracing freedom, individuality, and sexuality.
