September 6, 2024 (Los Angeles, CA) – Today’s hot topic? Paris Hilton officially releases her highly anticipated second album INFINITE ICON through her next-gen media and consumer lifestyle company 11:11 Media and distributed by ADA, the independent label and artist services arm of Warner Music Group (Nasdaq: WMG).
Executive produced by Sia and produced by Jesse Shatkin, the 12-track collection is a self-reflective journey through Hilton’s life, exploring themes of fame, love, female empowerment, mental health, and motherhood. Hilton has assembled some of the most celebrated names in music as collaborators: Megan Thee Stallion (“BBA”), Sia (“Fame Won’t Love You” and “If the Earth is Spinning”), Meghan Trainor (“Chasin’”), Maria Becerra (“Without Love”), and Rina Sawayama (“I’m Free”).
Musically, INFINITE ICON serves shimmering electronic arrangements, driving dancefloor beats, summertime poolside vibes, and emotional ballads in a glittery swirl of unapologetic pop glamor that can only have come from Paris Hilton. The newly released album is a reflection of Paris' life as much as it's a reflection of pop culture, looking back and looking ahead at the same time, as more new music is imminent.
Alongside the album, Hilton has created a visual universe to further bring INFINITE ICON to life. Photographer Brian Ziff worked with Creative Director Matthew Daniel Siskin and the 11:11 Media creative team, to build a world that straddles past and future, natural wonders and neon lights, classical architecture and advertising—all with different versions of Paris at its center.
As the focus track on the album, “BBA” (or “Bad Bitch Academy”) is a societal call-to-arms that rallies a new generation to save nightlife. Hilton collaborated with director Hannah Lux Davis to create an unabashedly fun and campy narrative short film that calls back to the golden age of music videos and features a cavalcade of celebrity cameos.
Hilton’s last full-length album, Paris Hilton, landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and featured the RIAA Gold-certified hit single, “Stars Are Blind.” Since then, Hilton has collaborated with the likes of Lil Wayne, Birdman, Kim Petras, and Steve Aoki, among others. Over the past decade, Hilton has DJed at prominent festivals such as Tomorrowland and Summerfest.
