The latest Ray Rhodes and Christian B single, “Thunderbolt,” follows the success of their three previous top 5 UK club charting tracks.

This song was inspired by their love of 90’s house music.  When almost completed, they wanted to add a twist of 80’s to "Thunderbolt," so they replayed a riff from one of their favorite electronic bands Depeche Mode (with the blessing of Vince Clarke himself)!

Christian & Ray met in the halls of Los Angeles radio stations, KIIS-FM and 104.3 MYfm, and bonded over their shared love of dance music and started writing together.

Ray Rhodes' remixes can be heard on Sirius XM and throughout the world on stations such as Capital FM, the “UK’s No.1 Hit Music Station” and include Kygo & Whitney Houston’s “Higher Love”, Rihanna’s “Sex With Me,” and Lady Gaga’s “Shallow," (all of which have gone to #1 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart) among others. 

Christian B’s experience of dance music goes to his days DJing at Groove Radio in Los Angeles and producing songs that have topped various charts and can be heard anywhere music is played for artists such as Paul van Dyk, Erasure, Enya and Celine Dion among many others.
