Release date: Out now Label: Perfect Havoc
Perfect Havoc management artists PS1 [700k M/L] team up with Havoc label boss Adam Griffin for the first time on Late Night Lover. An energetic and pumping high BPM dance tune with a retro flair, UK vocalist Shayan sings about living it up on Friday night. PS1 hit #19 in the UK chart with his gold certified track 'Fake Friends' and #41 with the follow up 'Life Goes On'. Adam Griffin has had regular support on KISS FM and BBC R1.
As well as being a top A&R signing numerous platinum certified releases and breaking the three-time Brit Award-nominated producer Joel Corry, Perfect Havoc co-founder Adam Griffin has earned his producer stripes. This is evident in his 25 million streams on original productions with the likes of Todd Terry, Tobtok and Anton Powers, plus earning six spins on BBC Radio 1’s dance shows and Future Anthem status on the single ‘The Stand Off’ as crowned by Mistajam.
PS1’s career began in outstanding fashion. His 2020 debut release, 'Fake Friends' featuring Alex Hosking, went straight into the Top 20 of the UK Official Charts; a rare feat for a debut artist. ‘Fake Friends’ landed on A-lists across UK national radio networks, BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and Capital Radio, and was certified Gold in the UK. It’s now crashed through 50 million streams worldwide and shows no signs of slowing. Few emerging artists can claim such massive early success, but New York’s PS1 continues to prove he is a genuine talent.
Following a string of high-profile remixes for Jessie Ware, Nathan Dawe, Jason Derulo, Little Mix, and Raye, the in-demand PS1 a.k.a Peter Conigliaro marked his first major label deal with Columbia Records (licensed by Perfect Havoc) and released his second single ‘Life Goes On’. Once again featuring the talents of Alex Hosking, as well as hit songwriters Goodboys, ‘Life Goes On’ hit the Shazam Top 5 in the UK in its first week, was playlisted on Capital FM, Kiss FM and Radio 1, and reached BPI Silver status.
