The UK’s number one mashup DJ duo, Switch Disco, today release their latest single ‘Sleep Tonight’ featuring R3HAB and Sam Feldt. Listen here. 

Hot on the heels of their ‘Song of the Year’ BRIT Award nomination for platinum single ‘REACT’ with Ella Henderson, masters of mashup Switch Disco continue to dominate the dance music scene with the release of the dancefloor anthem ‘Sleep Tonight’.

A meeting of minds, with Dutch-Moroccan producer/DJ R3HAB, and Dutch producer/DJ Sam Feldt along with an interpolation of Amy Mcdonald's This Is The Life’, the track ‘Sleep Tonight’ masterfully blends punchy synth melodies and catchy hooks, driven by a four-to-the-floor beat that demonstrates the duos ability to capture the essence of the dancefloor promising a club banger. 

Speaking of the track, Switch Disco said: “We are honoured to be collaborating with two of our favourite artists on our new single - Sleep Tonight. Both R3hab and Sam Feldt’s records have been part of our live sets for many years, so to be releasing a track together is yet another dream come true for us. We hope that we have done justice to Amy Macdonald’s original and that our collaborative adaptation breathes new life into a 2007 classic!”

Having harnessed elements of Amy Macdonald’s ‘This Is The Life’ on the new track, the Scottish singer-songwriter said "It still blows my mind that a song I wrote in my Glasgow Bedroom when I was 16 has resonated with so many people for the past 15 years. It’s so exciting to hear someone put their own spin on it and I hope a whole new generation of people get to enjoy it.”
