Bazzy B brings it "For You" (VIP Mixes)

The idea first came about when I was at the gym. I was texting one of my friends for some songs to try and flip into a beat. Then the idea of Tems’s track, “Higher”, came into my mind which I thought was a good song to remix, as the tune has already been sampled before into a trap beat by Drake and Future.

I then spent the next few days, occupying myself and making this track. I created a little snippet at first in which I thought was okay. I then showed my friends the same snippet and all of them said it was a banger. I finished it off the tune and took it upon social media.

I uploaded the track and made two TikTok videos with me hyping it up. The videos got some view but not a lot but, I guess the people liked the song as a few months later it reached number 2 on UK Hot 50 on TikTok. The song grew rapidly as people were creating their own trends and dances to it. With no paid marketing, I thought this was crazy as all the results I was getting from this track was organic.

With all the stats skyrocketing, the record got signed to 3Beat. I was happy as this was my first ever track to get signed but, it also gave me more hunger to create more.
