Lo Lauren's first single ‘Never The One’ is released world wide by Tik Tok's distribution arm SoundOn

Aspiring pop superstar Lo Lauren is making her recording debut on June 9th when her first single ‘Never The One’ is released world wide by Tik Tok's distribution arm SoundOn. The powerful lyric for the song is rooted in empowerment, realising your worth and knowing that the best is yet to come. Comments Lo: "My best friend just went through a breakup and it was hard for me seeing her so down and unlike her normal self. So I wrote NTO essentially to manifest her getting over her ex. The lyrics take you through the scene of the night she has been dreading where she has to see her ex for the first time - and despite her reluctance to go, she is completely surprised and elated by her lack of emotion when she sees them - in fact she feels nothing at all towards them and finally realises it’s going to be okay cos they were clearly NEVER THE ONE for her." Never The One was written by Lo with Littgloss on a recent writing trip to Copenhagen, the track then got additional production from AndySocialclub, mixed by Kes and mastered in New York by Idania Valencia at Sterling Sound. Lo, will also be playing live in London at the Communion Live's May Club Night at The Social (5 Little Portland Street W1W 7JD) on Thursday May 18th. She will be on stage at 9.30pm.
