2x-Grammy nominated, multi-platinum artist, producer and DJ Steve Aoki, has teamed up with Grammy-nominated, CMA & ACM Award winning country music superstar Jimmie Allen and rising singer-songwriter Dixie D'Amelio on the meaningful and undeniably catchy new single Older.” The collaboration between these three musical powerhouses encourages listeners to let go of past and future worries and enjoy the beauty that is found in the present moment. Dixie and Jimmie’s vocals blend together seamlessly with Aoki’s electric edge, delivering the inspiring line, “Here in this moment, it’s all that we need, ‘cause now we are young, younger than we’ll ever be.” The track showcases each artists’ unique talents, creating a genre-bending sound for a one-of-a-kind musical experience. The music video, which will have its broadcast premiere at 10:00 AM PST on MTV Live, MTVU, MTV Biggest Pop and on the Paramount Times Square billboards, captures the trio performing for an audience of elderly people that suddenly are returned to the prime of their youth when hearing “Older.”

“‘Older’ is quickly becoming a fan favorite at my shows around the world,” Steve Aoki shares. “We premiered it during the LA stop on my HiROQUEST tour a few weeks ago and the crowd went off when Dixie surprised the audience to sing her verse. I think we’ve created something very special for all of our fans. ”

“I’ve been a huge fan of Steve for a while, and it was great working with him. Dixie is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met – she brings such a great energy to this song,” Jimmie Allen shares. “I’m excited for the world to hear it.”

Dixie adds, "Super excited for the world to hear ‘Older’! Steve, Jimmie and I had such a fun time putting this song together. ‘Older’ is about celebrating the present moment, which is something I think we could all use a reminder of from time to time. No matter what age or stage of life you're in, I hope this song can help remind us to try to celebrate the beauty of the here and now."
