Better Than This

Keane's third album 'Perfect Symmetry' was released in October of last year, to critical acclaim, as they delivered one of the most exciting albums, and most thrilling returns of 2008. This resulted in a Number One album, a rare accolade for a third concurrent album, only held by a handful of artists in the world. Their international acclaim was also huge with a Top Ten album across the world, storming into the U.S Billboard charts at Number Seven, and 'Perfect Symmetry' is now well on it's way to selling a million copies worldwide.

After winning a Q Award for 'Spiralling' (the download track that began the unveiling of 'Perfect Symmetry'), just weeks after it's release, and picking up a GQ Award, they played an intimate debut live show at The Forum, which was heralded as one of the best performances of the year "The audience are near deranged with joy at their heroes-.It becomes apparent just how many killer pop songs Tim Rice-Oxley has written in his band's short lifespan." (The Independent), "-it was clear that both band and audience were having the times of their lives." (The Guardian).

Their third single 'Better Than This' is an electro-anthemic call to arms, showcasing their phenomenal pop writing, and innate artistic merits once again. Keane have also drafted in some cracking club remixes for this single too. Tom Neville reworks 'Better Than This' into electro-prog stormer, coming with Vocal and Dub versions, while Sketch Iz Dead provide the faster more rocky house version. Both have potential anthem written all over them, so please give this track the usual excellent Hyperactive support!!
